Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a friendly Retail Team Member in Philadelphia to assist customers, help them locate products, and provide fast, accurate checkout service.

You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms while delivering strong customer service and promoting store programs. Cross-trained in Custom Framing, you will support in-store operations and safety initiatives to meet brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Comfort with cash handling and POS systems.

Store - PHI-ROOSEVELT, PADeliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for. Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
