Sunset Woods Senior Living in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking a Part-time 3rd Shift Medication Aide to join our team of dedicated professionals who focus on person-centered care.

The Medication Aide administers prescribed medications, assists with activities of daily living, documents actions, and communicates with the Wellness Director to ensure safe, dignified resident care.

Shift hours are 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, with every other weekend and holiday; CE requirements totaling 15 hours annually.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training in compliance with state requirements.
• Maintains up-to-date medication certification requirements per state regulations.
• Annual online training totaling 15 hours plus monthly staff meetings for continuing education.

Responsabilités

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents per state rules and facility policy.
• Documents medication administration in residents' records and communicates concerns to Wellness Director or designated staff.
