About the Role

As an Associate Banker, you will contribute to the success of the branch by delivering outstanding customer experiences, building lasting relationships, and introducing clients to our range of financial products and licensed bankers. You will also educate clients on using our digital banking tools and ensure a seamless banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients upon entry, manage lobby traffic, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Handle branch operations including managing cash devices and account origination for consumer clients.
• Proactively reach out to clients to assess their needs and introduce new banking tools.
• Assist in developing new Associate Banker skills such as tablet use and account opening procedures.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Share best practices to ensure compliance and excellent customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to connect with customers and learn products quickly
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills
