Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter, manage lobby traffic, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Handle branch operations including managing cash devices and performing account origination for consumer clients.
• Proactively reach out to clients to assess their needs and introduce new banking tools.
• Support new Associate Banker skills development, such as tablet use and account opening.
• Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Share best practices to ensure a strong controls environment and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to connect with customers and work professionally in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, with good follow-up skills.
• Strong desire to educate and connect customers with technology.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
