Job summary

Scholastic Book Fairs is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Warehouse Equipment Operator on the 2nd shift in Texas. The role involves safely operating order pickers and related equipment to build and stock book fairs for schools during peak periods.

You'll work from 2:30 PM to 11 PM with a $16.50 hourly rate plus a $1.50 shift differential after 2:00 PM, plus benefits like a 50% merchandise discount and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified to operate battery/gas-powered equipment including forklifts and order pickers.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (order picker and related) safely.
• Move inventory, perform cycle counts, and inspect equipment daily.
• Maintain neat, safe work area and follow safety policies.
