Job summary

Navion Senior Solutions is seeking a caring Resident Care Aide for The Reserve at Mills Farm in Apex, NC. This part-time, 2nd shift position involves hands-on support with daily activities and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Requirements include 18+ years, HS diploma/GED, and an 80-hour personal care training certificate. Prior senior care experience is preferred; teamwork and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or GED accepted.
• 80-hour personal care training certificate.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Dedication to serving seniors and strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Prepare residents for meals, snacks and activities.
• Assist residents in dining room: serve meals and clear tables.
• Respond to resident emergency call system.
• Observe, document and report changes to Resident Care Coordinator.
