The role focuses on floor care, operating ride-on floor scrubbers and carpet cleaning equipment, as well as cleaning offices and restrooms. Candidates should be reliable, able to work independently, and read and understand English to follow signage and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and detail-oriented.
• Able to read and understand English.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Experience operating ride-on floor care equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on floor scrubbers and carpet cleaning machines.
• Clean offices and restrooms; sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum floors and dust surfaces.
• Clean glass and sanitize work surfaces.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on floor care equipment; clean squeegees and replace pads.
• Complete required documentation as directed by supervisor.
