You will contribute to onboarding, performance management, and store operations, including inventory and KPI achievement, with flexibility for weekends and holidays in a part-time onsite role.

Formación

• High School completion or GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Must work in fragrance-filled environment.
• Flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
