Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience working with youth.
• Two years’ experience supervising adults.
• Experience working with people of different ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the 21st Century Program.
• Supervise and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure program compliance with funding requirements.
• Coordinate student outreach and enrollment activities.
• Organize periodic guardian/student seminars.
