Job summary

Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a customer-focused teller to provide outstanding service at our Virginia branch. You will handle cash transactions, assist customers, and support sales referrals to help reach branch goals.

You will balance cash daily, adhere to bank policies, and learn about our products. This role may require standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds, with benefits available.

This position is responsible for providing a best in class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals.

Position Accountabilities

• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing bank operations, including compliance with Atlantic Union Bankshares' BSA/AML Policy and Procedures
• Identify risk and elevate concerns through proper channels
• Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, including other lines of business
• Ability to learn and adapt to changing digital channels
• Other duties as assigned

Organizational Relationship

This position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience required

Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location, etc. For this position we will be offering a salary range between $18.00 - $22.00 dollars an hour.
