Atlantic Union Bank is seeking a Branch Associate to provide a best-in-class customer experience by handling transactions, servicing customers, and supporting branch sales goals.

The role requires performing basic cash transactions, balancing cash daily, and identifying referral opportunities to contribute to branch goals while adhering to BSA/AML policies and procedures. Strong communication and computer skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.

This position is responsible for providing a best in class customer experience while processing transactions, servicing existing and potential customers, and contributing to branch sales goals.

This position is supervised by the assigned leader of the branch.

Position Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Previous customer service experience required

Knowledge & Skills
