Job responsibilities
  1. Engages clients as they enter the branch by welcoming them and making them feel appreciated, including managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
  2. Performs branch operations which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures and performing account origination for consumer clients.
  3. Provides proactive client outreach to gauge success and offer new tools to help them meet their consumer banking and investment goals.
  4. Champions new Associate Banker skills such as tablet utilization, account opening, and other key initiatives, helping Associate Bankers as they learn.
  5. Educates clients on the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to complete their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
  6. Shares best practices across the supported branches to deliver a strong controls environment and exceptional customer experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 6+ months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to make personal connections, engage customers, and remain courteous and professional in a team environment while quickly and accurately learning products, services, and procedures.
  • Professional, interpersonal, thorough, detail-oriented, and organized with follow-up skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
  • Cash handling experience.
