Support our mission by providing quality services to active-duty military, retirees, reservists, and their families at Navy Lodge.

Job Summary:

Perform housekeeping services at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites or Navy Lodge, including cleaning guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and exterior areas, using hand and powered cleaning equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Clean guest rooms and public areas, operate cleaning equipment, and perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting.
  • Replace linens, inspect mattresses, and ensure amenities are stocked.
  • Maintain guest privacy and security, greet guests, and provide outstanding guest relations.
  • Clean corridors, stairways, and exterior spaces, including carpet shampooing and deep cleaning as scheduled.
  • Assist with loading/unloading supplies, minor repairs, and maintenance.
  • Manage keys responsibly, report unusual circumstances, and handle lost and found items.
  • Assist with breakfast setup and cleanup, ensuring food safety standards are met.
  • Complete safety and security training, maintain a safe environment, and perform laundry operations.
  • May require a valid driver’s license for travel between facilities and obtaining necessary certifications.
