Job Description

Position Summary

This role involves working independently to display and stock products, contributing to the store’s financial interests. It also requires meeting guest experience standards and adhering to safety and food safety guidelines.

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise.
• Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays.
• Notify management when products need reordering.
• Familiarize with all products and their locations.
• Handle spoiled/damaged products according to guidelines.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked departments, following PPE and safety guidelines.
• Follow all food safety and cleaning protocols.
• Adhere to guest experience standards.
• Perform tasks in other departments as needed based on customer service requirements.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• High School Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

The physical demands include lifting/moving up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting are required. The environment varies in temperature and may include exposure to outside weather. Noise levels are usually low to moderate. Travel requirements vary.
