Job summary

Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine, FL, seeks a part-time CRNA (1099/IC) to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across diverse surgical procedures at our new site.

You will perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, obtain informed consent, and collaborate on anesthetic plans with patients and the care team. Responsibilities include managing induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, closely monitoring patients, and supporting departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Current license as a registered professional nurse.
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
• Must provide Articles of Incorporation for either an "S" Corp or "C" Corp.
• Must provide own malpractice insurance coverage for full State Limits

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
