Job summary

RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a part-time role, 16-24 hours per week in the Tacoma area, with 50% remote work. Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

The firm provides dietitian nutritionist consulting services to healthcare facilities nationwide. Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience. At least one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience with electronic charting systems

Responsibilities

• Completes nutritional assessment and follow ups, using evidence-based practice, according to the facility's policy.
• Nutrition education focused intervention focusing on general nutrition and some weight loss/gain.
• Informs nursing and physician of changes in a patient's nutritional status.
• Document assessments of patients with nutritional goals and interventions in the medical record.
• Provide education to the patients and/or family members on nutritional needs as indicated.
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings as assigned.
• Adhere to all facility’s policies and procedures including confidentiality and patient’s rights.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Join our dynamic team at RD Nutrition Consultants LLC , a leading Dietitian Nutritionist Consulting firm providing expert services to healthcare facilities nationwide. We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team for a part-time position in the area.

Schedule: Flexible, Monday-Friday during normal business hours.
