NannyPod is seeking a Manager to network with local childcare candidates and families, help determine childcare needs, and market the NannyPod brand in the community.

You will review and interview nanny candidates, perform background checks, and ensure suitability for placements, while representing the company professionally in local markets.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• Business & Marketing skills.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Own transport.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Autonomous with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Extremely organized.
• Familiar with using basic tech apps and software (Email, Calendars, Text Messaging, Social Networking, etc...).

Responsibilities

• Network with local childcare candidates and families.
• Help families determine their exact childcare needs.
• Review, approve and share nanny candidates in their area; interview via video or in person; check driving license for identification; review experience; background check; ensure suitability.
