Job summary

NannyPod is seeking motivated individuals to join its remote team as Managers. You will network with families to identify childcare needs, review and share qualified nanny candidates in your area, and conduct interviews via video or in person while verifying references and background checks.

You will represent NannyPod as the primary contact in your region, market the service, and build connections with families and providers to grow your local network.

Qualifications

• College degree required or equivalent.
• Strong networking and communication skills essential.
• Ability to run a small business and work autonomously.

Managers are responsible fornetworking with families who need part time or full timenannies. You can do this via your social networks, video calls,coffee meet-ups, or even cheese and wine evenings with moms anddads. It's entirely up to you.

• Managers helpfamilies identify their exact childcare needs. Don'tworry, we help you with this!
• Managers review, approve and sharenanny candidates in their area.
• Managers interview childcarecandidates via video or in person, check driving licensesfor identification purposes, review childcare experience,check references, review background checks and ensuresuitability for each position.
• Managers liaise with businessorganizations and market NannyPod around their area incommunities, towns and cities.
• Managers are the face of NannyPod,representing the company as the go-to person who helpsfamilies find childcare.
