RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Telehealth Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to join our team. This role provides virtual weight management and lifestyle counseling through a digital platform for cardio-metabolic health.

Hours are guaranteed 20, 25, or 30 per week, with 100% remote work. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40–$44 and paid training with company equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field from an accredited program.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current state licensure/certification (if mandated by the state).
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
• 2 years of experience in outpatient or weight management settings preferred.
• Comfort with technology, EMR, and working in a HIPAA-compliant home environment.
• CDCES certification preferred.
• Availability evenings and Saturdays preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional therapy and weight management coaching across a multichannel digital platform.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess nutritional needs and create behavior change plans.
• Provide medication management support for obesity-related comorbidities under physician supervision.
• Assist with dosing and titration of anti-obesity medications per established protocols.
• Use motivational interviewing and therapeutic alliance to achieve lasting health outcomes.
