AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team within the store. You will oversee operations, coach staff, and deliver WOW! customer service while aligning with company standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing inventory, and ensuring safety and compliance. Ideal candidates bring automotive retail experience, strong leadership, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in automotive retail or service environment.
  • ASE Certification is preferred.
  • Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, control shrink.
  • Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
  • Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards across the store.
  • Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly while upholding policies.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
