Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication with strong people skills and fluency in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink, and ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to meet customer needs and deliveries.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer service quality.
