customer experiences on a daily basis in a busy retail environment. You will supervise, train, and mentor team members, manage inventory and cash handling, and partner with commercial departments to meet delivery needs and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and decision-making experience with a track record of team development.
  • Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Bilingual Spanish and English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in automotive retail and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
  • Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels relevant to parts.
  • Enforce PPE use and promote safety, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries to meet customer needs.
  • Address customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
