Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
  • Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
  • Enforce PPE use and promote safety standards; support risk management practices.
  • Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
