• Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision-making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: Full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Bilingual: ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail: experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification: ASE-certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Support timely deliveries and customer needs for commercial accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while upholding policy.
