You’ll collaborate with store staff and commercial departments to meet targets, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail or automotive service.
  • Ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
  • Strong communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving.
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets through effective leadership and coaching.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Manage inventory, returns processing, and merchandising.
  • Ensure PPE usage, risk management, and safety compliance.
  • Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
