Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager at our Mount Vernon, WA location to lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW! Customer Service while driving sales and efficient store operations.

You’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, focus on inventory accuracy, and collaborate with department leaders to meet goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
