Job summary

Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient store operations in a dynamic automotive retail environment. You will develop leadership skills, collaborate with commercial department leaders, and contribute to career growth within a trusted automotive retailer.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail or parts sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store staff, driving performance and engagement.
