Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
  • Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage merchandising and returns.
  • Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, upholding company policies.
