Job summary

AutoZone in Macon, GA is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales targets, and deliver WOW! customer service while managing daily store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention.

As a frontline leader you will supervise training, oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate with commercial accounts, enforce PPE and safety standards, and foster career growth; bilingual Spanish and English preferred. ASE certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Leadership: drive team performance and guest experience.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual: strong Spanish and English communication.
• Automotive retail experience highly preferred; ASE certification beneficial.

Responsibilities
