  • Leadership, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
  • Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English) are a plus.
  • Automotive retail experience and ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise staff, train, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
  • Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Drive sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
  • Enforce PPE, risk management, and safety standards.
  • Support in managing commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
