Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong communication with customers and employees across channels.
• Experience in automotive retail operations and sales.
• ASE Certification is desirable or required.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to meet sales targets and optimize inventory and returns processing.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and effectively.
