As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and partner with commercial departments to meet delivery

  • Enforce PPE use and promote safety practices.
  • Support commercial/hub departments to meet delivery needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store issues while upholding policies.

  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
