Job summary

AutoZone Store Management is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in our automotive retail environment. Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise, train, and develop staff, while ensuring seamless store operations and strong results.

You'll manage inventory, optimize merchandising, and support commercial accounts, with a focus on safety, compliance, and exceptional customer experiences across shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership and integrity in decision making.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail and customer service.
