Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager by supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy and performance metrics.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead sales and inventory management, optimize stock and returns.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
