As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, manage inventory, and support timely deliveries in a vibrant automotive retail environment at AutoZone.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for deliveries.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer and operational issues swiftly.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
