Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will work under the Store Manager to deliver WOW! Customer Service, manage inventory, and ensure efficient store operations that meet company standards and customer expectations.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
