As a Parts Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive retail environment.
  • ASE Certification preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required or preferred.
  • Full-time availability including mornings, evenings, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise store team to achieve sales targets and strong customer service.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and staff to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
  • Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Drive sales and manage parts inventory, returns processing and merchandising.
  • Enforce PPE use and safety policies to maintain a compliant workplace.
  • Assist in managing commercial and hub accounts for timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.

  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.

  • Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
