Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check.
• Immunization requirements met (e.g., flu vaccine, COVID-19 if applicable).
• Follow infection prevention, sanitation, and safety protocols.
• Willingness to participate in weekend/holiday on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance per Maintenance Supervisor.
• Complete daily repairs as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Assist with lawn care and snow removal.
• Monitor security measures to protect residents and staff.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Additional duties as required.
