Job summary

Center Point, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Director to lead a CDCR DRP-funded Day Reporting Center in San Pablo, CA. You will supervise seven staff, drive evidence-based interventions, and ensure service quality for adults on parole.

You will establish operational systems, recruit and onboard staff, and launch the program with a focus on reducing recidivism and successful community reintegration through strong contracts management and regulatory oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible program management experience, preferably in criminal justice, reentry, or behavioral health settings.
• Experience with justice-involved individuals, Adult Parole population, is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, substance use disorder treatment, and reentry services.
• Experience managing contracts, compliance, and performance outcomes in publicly funded programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Budgeting, reporting, and regulatory oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall administrative and operational leadership for CDCR DRP-funded DRC services.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily program activities serving adults on parole.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based interventions, including CBT, SUD services, and reentry support.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate multidisciplinary program staff.
• Ensure compliance with CDCR DRP contract requirements, state regulations, and evidence-based standards.
• Oversee program performance, outcomes, and continuous quality improvement to reduce recidivism.
• Manage program budget and ensure fiscal accountability.
• Collaborate with CDCR staff, parole agents, community providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and timely submission of required deliverables.
• Support audits, monitoring visits, and program reviews.
