We have an incredible opening for aConciergeto join our team! This is a vital role in assisting with a variety of customer service and administrative duties and a fantastic way to grow your career in a meaningful environment that values you and your unique contributions!

Our Concierge's:

  • Assist with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
  • Take calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our team
  • General administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
  • Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
  • Maintain office supplies, order new inventory as needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
