Job summary

Lindentx in Texas seeks a Parks Planner to review plats, site plans, landscape plans, irrigation plans, tree surveys, and tree mitigation plans to ensure compliance with local subdivision and zoning rules and the Parks Master Plan.

The role coordinates and manages smaller-scope park planning, design, development, renovation, and construction projects under the direction of senior staff, contributing to community spaces and public welfare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• One (1) year of experience working in landscape design, park planning, or another related field.
• Must meet at least one of the listed professional development conditions.

Responsibilities

• Reviews plats, site plans, landscape plans, irrigation plans, tree surveys, and tree mitigation plans to ensure compliance with the subdivision and zoning ordinance and the Parks Master Plan.
