This position provides strategic leadership and technical expertise for the Parks Internal Operations Division, overseeing daily operations, maintenance, planning, budgeting, and team coordination. Working collaboratively with department leadership, staff across the organization, and external partners, you'll help develop policies, drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and ensure our parks and natural resources continue to serve the community at the highest level. Subject to Passing Substance Screening: This position is subject to passing a pre-Employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for a period of five years.
Starting Pay Range: $84,822.40 - $99,944.00, based on experience.

Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (no weekends!)
