Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in general labor/maintenance is required.
• Proven leadership skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds of facilities to inspect areas for damage and vandalism.
• Maintains grounds by mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscaping.
• Repairs doors, gates, fences and minor structures; paints and maintains facilities.
• Performs irrigation checks and general maintenance of aquatic facilities and pool equipment.
• Cleans restrooms, driveways, pavilions, and power washes surfaces.
• Supports special events with lighting, carpentry, electrical, painting, and setup/teardown.
• Keeps records, submits expense reports, and assists with bids for projects.
