Job summary

Team Gilbert is seeking a Custodian I to help maintain park spaces, fields, courts and equipment in Gilbert, AZ. This role requires afternoon, evening, and weekend hours, with some holidays and short-notice coverage.

Interviews may be held throughout the posting period until vacancies are filled. There are three openings: a 20-hour non-benefited position, a 30-hour fully benefited position, and a 30-hour benefited, limited-term position approved through June 30, 2027, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of custodial experience or training.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of park spaces, equipment, and related facilities.
• Operates equipment and tools for field and facility upkeep.
• Inspects areas for repairs and basic maintenance needs; assists with inventory and restocking.
