Overview

Join to apply for the Parking Valet Attendant role at Propark Mobility.

Location: San Diego, CA. Job type: Full-time. Shift & Schedule: Varies. Pay rate: $18.00 per hour plus cash tip(s).

Responsibilities

• Always greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain the company uniform appearance, greet and thank guests, resolve issues, and provide friendly service.
• Be outside and active most of the day: standing, walking, and sometimes handling items up to 50 lbs.
• Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects as requested by local management.

What we’re looking for / Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver’s license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs if needed.
• Great communication skills in written and spoken language with a friendly, professional approach.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and help resolve customer issues positively.

Must Have

• 2 years of driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (if required).
• The role may include outdoor activities and customer interaction throughout the shift.

Nice to Have

• Valet parking 1 year or more.
• Customer service experience 1 year or more.
• Free parking while working at Propark locations.
