Job summary

VHC Health is seeking a Parking Technician in Arlington, VA to install, train, support, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair electromechanical and electronic parking equipment.

You will service systems including parking access and revenue control, gates, card readers, ticket dispensers, fee computers, pay stations, parking meters, servers and video hardware while ensuring safety and compliance. Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Windows OS, computer networking, video cameras, and video software preferred.
• Valid state driver's license is required.
• Clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, train, support, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of electromechanical and electronic equipment related to parking systems.
• Support parking access and revenue control systems, traffic gates, card readers, ticket dispensers, pay stations, meters, servers, and video hardware.

Purpose & Scope:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience:

Experience in Windows OS, computer networking, video cameras, and video software is preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

Valid state driver's license is required.

Clean driving record is required.
