Job summary

Trail Drive Management Corp is seeking a part-time Parking Supervisor to oversee parking teams for designated shifts at the Dickies Arena and WRMC campus in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on efficient, profitable parking operations with a commitment to guest service and safety on site.

You will greet guests, supervise staff, monitor cash reporting, and help execute daily briefings and on-the-job training. The position is 100% on site with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a driver’s license.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Previous parking and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests in a welcoming manner.
• Manage daily parking revenue reporting and cash reconciliation.
• Ensure on-site safety and assist in evacuations when needed.

Parking Supervisor Part Time Trail Drive Management Corporation Properties Trail Drive Management Corp TDMC manages the 14000 seat spectacular multipurpose venue that is currently named Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers Memorial Center WRMC campus in Fort Worth Texas The Arena hosts more than 150 events annually including concerts sporting events family events private meetings and charity events and is the home to Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo FWSSR WRMC hosts more than 150 events annually including equestrian and western events concerts family shows as well as private events and meetings

Job Summary

Trail Drive Management Corp TDMC is looking for a part time Parking Supervisor This position is responsible for the oversight of the parking teams for a designated shift and will assist in ensuring that the parking operations are efficient profitable and maintain the highest standards with professionalism This position will be 100 on site

Essential Job Functions

• Greet and guide all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Respond to guest concerns respectfully and calmly
• Responsible for the daily financial reporting across all parking lots and reconciliation of all parking revenue
• Follow the system of checks and balances to ensure accuracy of reporting for reconciling cash
• Report unattended bags and packages medical situations incidents or emergencies for the designated shift assigned
• Ensure staff take their appropriate breaks without affecting coverage
• Supervise staff to ensure staff follow policies and procedures
• Resolve guest issues and complaints by providing the ultimate guest experience
• Ensure guests are exiting the parking lot safely
• Give adequate directions to guests in a professional manner
• Resolve parking lot disputes that occur between guests
• Assist the Parking Management team as requiredassigned
• Ensure deployment of crew is well thought out according to position experience security knowledge work ethic and attitude
• Walk posts with the management team to ensure accuracy of coverage
• Attend and participate in daily briefings with the management team
• Provide on the job training coaching and development
• Monitor two way radio traffic
• Responsible for assisting and participating in the area emergency evacuation plan and evacuation drills
• Possess a high level of area knowledge and the operations associated with the area assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Drivers License
• Previous parking and customer service related experience preferred
• Punctual and presentable shift attendance neatly groomed in a clean well maintained uniform
• Personable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous supervisor experience
• Bilingual preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Able to communicate effectively with management guests and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced high energy environment

Working Conditions

• Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Employees must have the ability to lift push and pull up to 50 lbs
• Employees will regularly spend their shift standingwalking traveling stairs with limited to no sitting
• Employees will be exposed to high noise levels andor fluctuating lights in event settings
• Employees must have the ability to reach lift and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift
• Employees may be exposed to hazards associated with moving vehicles and require strict adherence to safety protocols
