The Parking Enforcement Agent provides operational support by enforcing local parking ordinances, creating, and issuing parking tickets, and resolving customer disputes. Our ideal candidate will pay close attention to detail when inputting information into our handheld ticketing devices, have excellent customer service experience, and be comfortable working outside in the seasonal elements.
- Willingness to work in the elements– heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50-lbs.- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
