Job summary

Metropolis Technologies is seeking a Cashier at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, FL. You will handle payments, manage the cash bank, verify revenue, and assist customers with directions while maintaining a clean, professional booth.

The role requires a high school diploma (preferred), strong math and cash-handling skills, and reliable, customer-focused service. Shift availability includes weekends; SP+ benefits such as health, vision, dental, 401(k), and life insurance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately for cash transactions.
• Able to operate a clock/timekeeping system and cash register software.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments and cash, provide receipts, and ensure correct change.
• Count starting cash and reconcile revenue at shift end.
• Greet customers, explain parking rates, and give directions as needed.
• Facilitate exit flow to keep traffic moving and accurate records of entries/exits.
• Prepare shift reports and log revenue as required.
• Complete lost ticket forms and maintain a clean booth and uniform.
