Essential Job Functions
  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
  • Coordinate parking logistics, ensuring efficient flow of vehicles and minimizing wait times.
  • Ensure the parking area is clean, well-maintained, and organized at all times.
  • Monitor parking occupancy and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet demand.
  • Enforce hotel parking policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Implement safety protocols for vehicle storage and handling, ensuring the safety of guests' vehicles.
  • Load and unload luggage carts.
  • Tag and store luggage.
  • Escort guests to hotel rooms.
  • Provide an overview of guest room, hotel services and amenities.
  • Make deliveries to guest rooms.
  • Maintain list/brochures of local attractions, transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, etc.
  • Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Position Requirements
  • High School diploma preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a related function in a hotel required.
  • Valid drivers license is required.
Work Environment and Context
  • Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, weekends and alternate shifts.
  • Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and reaching.
